Our objective and philosophy for all of our patients is to receive the best possible care and service. Patients frequently have questions regarding financial issues relating to treatment. We thought it would be helpful to inform you of the Endodontic Center of Redmond’s financial policies.
The fees for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent and complexity of the procedure. During your visit we will discuss your specific needs, the probable number of visits, the length, and the fees involved. Our priority is your dental health, so any treatment that we recommend will be based on your individual needs, not your dental benefits coverage.
We participate with various dental insurance companies. We electronically submit all claims the day of service. Co-payments, deductibles, and payment for services not covered by insurance are your responsibility and are expected the day of your appointment.
If the Endodontic Center of Redmond does not have an agreement with your insurance carrier, our insurance department will bill the insurance company as a courtesy to you. However, you are still responsible for your portion at the time services are rendered.
The Endodontic Center of Redmond accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), checks and cash as payment for services rendered. We also participate with Care Credit (financing option) for those who qualify.
The Endodontic Center of Redmond reserves the right to turn any account over to collections if it is deemed that the account has been in default of payment or non-compliance with this policy. Fees incurred by the collection agency will be the responsibility of the patient.
Office Cancellation PolicyIn the event you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide notice of at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The Endodontic Center of Redmond reserves the right to bill our standard office visit fee for non-compliance.
X-ray InformationIf your referring doctor has taken radiographs that you would like Dr. Wiesen to evaluate, please bring them with you to your appointment or have your referring doctor’s office contact us. Often there is diagnostic value in exposing radiographs at multiple angles of a questionable tooth to assist in the visualization of the area. Endodontic treatment requires the exposure of multiple radiographs throughout the procedure.
After Hours Procedure/Emergency ProcedureIf there is an after hours emergency please call our office at 425.898.4604 and follow the after hours emergency instructions. You will be instructed to call Dr. Wiesen directly or in the event of a true medical emergency, report to the emergency room.
